Introduction to Thai Massage

Thai massage is an ancient healing practice from Thailand, blending yoga-like stretches, rhythmic rocking, and deep tissue work to enhance flexibility, improve circulation, and relieve tension. With roots in Ayurvedic and Southeast Asian traditions, this massage also works along the body's energy pathways, known as Sen to promote overall well-being.

In this introductory training, you'll learn the basic techniques of Thai massage, including how to use your hands, elbows, and feet to provide a full-body treatment that relaxes and revitalizes without the use of oils or lotions.

Upon competition of this course, you will be able to perform a 1.5-hour Thai Massage. Helping clients improve their ROM, increase energy flow, and relieve tension throughout their body.
